26a "Taking off Eve "Bollard" - way out" (8)

L?V?A?L? can only see LOVEABLE as anagram of EVEBOLLARD minus the RD for way but can't see the definition if meant to be Taking

Any help much appreciated

Taking can be a synonym of loveable ( like fetching)

LEVIABLE? It's probably wrong but I was just going down the levitation route,

I think loveable works ok

Taking is definition
Off is anagram indicator
Eve bollard - letters in anagram
Way out - minus rd
