Hi folks,
This is from an old Times Prize Crossword and I am getting nowhere fast with the last four:

Be likely to catch fish, coming up in this? (4.3)

I was thinking DRAG-NET. But cannot see why, other than that it is used in fishing.
Could it be something else with NET or instead something with POT?

Tend = be likely and gar, a type of fish.
