Count. Start with the star?

I'm thinking TITLE which fits with count but can't see the rest if the clue. Any help/suggestions appreciated

Is it a treble definition?

As you say, count is a title.
A book starts with its title.
Star of the show takes the title role.

... Mind you, that might all be rather tenuous!

It is Title, Count is a title as you suggest and Start with the star is tha actual title of the crossword
