Able to be bent back - REVERSIBLE or REVERTIBLE?

Could; Eggbeater, be one answer. and try, Reversible. (not too sure about either).

Could you in future put each clue on a separate line and indicate no of letters for each.
Those of us with failing eyesight find it difficult to read when it all rolls into one, and sometimes its hard to see how many dashes there are
