Could the first one be obstructively, is the a correct?

I'm afraid the only two answers i could give you would mean you have somethings wrong! i would have "obstructively" for 10d, and "recce" for 26a...

could the 1st one be, Obstructively, (I think that would mean you have a letter wrong).
2nd answer might be Plumic ??
