As is often the case, I'm left with one clue I'm not completely able to parse, and the answer is probably staring me in the face!

23a See me lit up in London's outdoor centre for revelry (4,6)

I have ?O?D ?E?S?N and think the answer is probably Lord Nelson, but I can't completely see the word play and would appreciate some assistance.

I think you're probably right, thank you, but it appears to me a slightly weak clue which is unusual for this setter.

I agree, not very cryptic.

Could it be partly an anagram of London or London's?
