4 Syringed is Ringed, in a circle, with S(tupidl)Y (ie losing the inside, spilling contents.)

14 Presenter, host and another way of saying 'more here' present +er (like cute and cuter). Hope this makes sense!

13 croupier - croup is sore throat -
