That's what I like about you and your ilk. It's OK for you to slag off somebody (who isn't even British) for not being absolutely sure where Ayr is. But let anyone make a joke about you and you have a hissy fit. I suppose it goes to confirm the old saying that a level headed Scotsman is someone with a chip on both shoulders.

Terry - I do realise that Scotland(and Ayr in particular)is not the centre of the Universe - I did not and would not criticise someone for not knowing where Ayr is.
I have no idea where you are from and would not judge your country by my impression of you.
Your annoyance at the comments of one(presumed)Scot does not justify rubbishing an entire country.
