Having trouble parsing these, help appreciated.....

41a Very cheerful mug that's used to consume liquid (4,5) - SOUP SPOON (Used to consume liquid)

It looks like 'Very' = SO + 'Cheerful' = UP, but that means 'Mug' = SPOON which doesn't seem right - (at least not in the online dictionary)

45a Female going to end of enclosure with pathetic former lover (3,5) - OLD FLAME (Former lover)

I thought it might be 'Pathetic' = LAME following F(emale), but that would mean OLD is parsed by 'Enclosure', so i've gone wrong somewhere.

43d Hairdresser, one following pages in heart of Paris (8) - COIFFEUR (Hairdresser)

'Heart in Paris' = COEUR and 'One following' could be I F, but that leaves an F unparsed.

45A - Enclosure is FOLD and "F" for FEMALE is then put at the end thus:- OLDF, to which LAME is then added.
43D- I think that "F" will stand for FOLLOWING PAGE, thus
PAGES will mean two "F's"
