clue Shrub -or it's anagram.

I initially had the word BRUSH which is incorrect.

If the word is BROOM what then is the connection with OR ITS in anagram form

Please help!

Could it be that broom is a shrub and a brush, which is an anagram of shrub?

Broom is the solution (also type of brush)

should have said that shrub is an anagram of brush
