5 Down. Limits in fats on plates.

Grange Hill? ...
Range = limits and ll = L plates, but that leaves ghi which I'm stuck with! whilst they're consecutive letters of the alphabet, that doesn't seem relevant, and why fats?

Hopefully an answer will arrive soon!

Grange Hill - Limits = range. fat = ghi ( a form of ghee - butter) and LL = learner plates.
