Zeppelin was named after count Ferdinand von zeppelin who created the ballon hence the solution... (Anagram of money and p)

I`m baffled by 2 d. I suppose the answer is a type of cheese ? Not one I`ve heard of. I only have ; ?U / ?R ???N, because I haven`t got the African country either ! Mags.
