Hi, I've got the answer to 20a (I think), but what has Zeppelin got to do with it?

Zeppelin was named after count Ferdinand von zeppelin who created the ballon hence the solution... (Anagram of money and p)

I`m baffled by 2 d. I suppose the answer is a type of cheese ? Not one I`ve heard of. I only have ; ?U / ?R ???N, because I haven`t got the African country either ! Mags.
