Another Saturday puzzle by Myops and there's two clues I have failed to parse:

8D Ornamental parapet ordered over five year periods (10) - BALUSTRADE

22D Mavis Coe could make this servicewoman (4) - WREN

Any help with understanding the parsing of these two would be welcome.

Also, in usual Myops style, there's one which had me puzzled for a long time:

26A Deer regularly jump out here? Yes, like so (4)

I had ERGO:

(d)E(e)R + GO (jump out) = like so

However the right answer which I finally twigged is ELKS:

(y)E(s) L(i)K(e) S(o)

Thanks both. I can now get started on Scotland on Sunday when it arrives.
