Finished but can't for the life of me see the parsing of 3,9 (which I got from the clues which referenced 9) or 25a (I can only see one word that fits the definition). I suspect that 3,9 is probably very clever and I think I can see what part of it may be. Any hints on their parsing?

25A see Christian name of Nietzche minus fried. Like you, I am still mystified by 3,9: I can't see the hidden words there.

Got the 13 now - I was thinking metaphorically for the "good nines", but it was literal!
