Hi all,

Have answers for a couple of clues that I'm not entirely happy with/don't completely understand how they work...

- 1D "Highlights Bill and his money" (7) _C_E_T_

I have ACCENTS for this which makes sense as a synonym for highlights and the cents for money but not sure about the "AC"?

- 14A "Stiffen when arse's flipped with chain" (6) _T_R_H

I have STARCH, which works for stiffen.. But not sure about the rest? "Rats" backwards? Ch for chain? Is that it?

Thanks.
