I'm stuck on 4d. Gundog or hound that hunts by scent (5). I've got R?T?H. Any thoughts or corrections, anybody?

Rache , also spelled racch, rach, and ratch, from Old English ræcc, linked to Old Norse rakkí, is an obsolete name for a type of hunting-dog used in Britain in the Middle Ages. It was a scent hound used in a pack to run down and kill game, or bring it to bay. The word appears before the Norman Conquest.

Don't know why it never occurred to me to look in the Scots Dictionary until after I found the answer on Wikipedia. But there it was.
