Very quiet on here this week! I've finished it, but am convinced there is a mistake in 14a. Any comments?

Ginge, in case Terrier doesn't come back - I wonder if it's the 'abound' in the clue? It reads
Big story abound the end of Troy, possibly a playwright's great one (6).

I initially read it as 'around' and noticed it only later.

Yes malone, "abound" appears to be a misprint for "around", but it's in the wordplay rather than the definition so I assume it's a mistake. Otherwise an excellent puzzle, as one would expect from this setter. I now see there is another thread under the heading "IQ 1446".

Good spot guys, it's amazing how the mind works subliminally, I missed that even on a second read.

I accept I read it as around but on checking Chambers, it gives "to be filled (with) under abound.

Ginge, thanks for that. I just ignored any ambiguity on Saturday as it didn't affect anything.
