Stotious is scots word for drunk and S - small tot - drma and IOUs?

Is seeing - dates - set ad (TV commercial) reversed?

26 Dates - Is seeing. Set = Tv and Ad = Commercial. It's reversed, 'the wrong way - so Da Tes, Dates.

I ended up with STOCIOUS, thinking STOC was (also) my drunk Scot, although this didn't incorporate that wee dram.
