Sorry to be back again today. Have made a big error.

28A. Clue: ...others get digitally eliminated on the floor. 2 words(7, 3)

Had the answer KNOCKED OUT. OUT fits with all answers involving the 3 letters.
However, KNOCKED is not correct as the C does not fit with the answer coming down which is LOWERING. C should be N. So I have _ N _ N _ E D.

Can someone help, please?

Thank you. Not thinking correctly or went with the first thing that came into my head. Messes up crossword when tippex has to be used.

I photocopy the crossword and work on that and when completed I copy on to the original ~ must admit I've
still made a blunder.
