Hi. Thanks for that. Only problem is if 2 other clues are right it starts with a N and ends with an H!! 1st clue - Business colleague raised hire charge - partner? That gives the N
2nd clue. The belt is introduced by education authority as punishment. - leathering? That gives the H.
