I think the answer may be PC49 (radio)
Search Google books for the episode title.
This takes you to the notes for a book on police series. Note the chapter name and the number of the reference.
Search google books for the book title on police series and page down to the chapter and note reference you require.
(No it isn't easy! and I may have read it incorrectly)
