Yet again, today's anticipated Speedy crossword appears to have gone walkabout.
Anyone know why? Its absence has created an anomaly in my bit of the space-time continuum; I generally use these simpler puzzles as a warm-up before tackling more demanding ones.
PS. Although this is, I believe, my first post/comment on here, I've been lurking in the bushes for a couple of years, peeking surreptitiously at others' contributions - for which I am most thankful and grateful, as they generally serve to assist my sometimes floundering attempts at completion - thanks to all of you who help support my habit.
