I assume 'Genuine' = REAL, but I don't get 'City done over' for NEW.

I think "Wen" used to be an old disparaging name for London?

I'm sure you have - I, rather lazily, had only checked WEN in an online dictionary, but once you suggested it I looked it up on google and you're spot on.
