T?A?S?O?E TRANSPOSE would I guess give a skill at keyboard; i can see POSE for model but can't see the first bit


Also is 35a "Reportedly study sentence identifying N Amercan singer" (4-4) REED-BIRD ?

Any help much appreciated

Trains - prepares with I - island missing + model pose?

Study - read - reported as reed + bird - a prison sentence?
