I'm having difficulty finding a word that fits the bottom shaded area (9 letters) ????TEET? All I can find is buckteeth but I can't find any word to thematically link with it. Also 20 down: Ultimately, report after this measure could be glowing (6) R???A? an extra word may have to be removed before solving.

The bottom one is the two word answer - Hens Teeth

20 A seven letter word for glowing, if you add a T ('ultimately report') to the answer to the clue.
