Petra dish for 15

I can't see the reasoning for your answer to 15. I've heard of a petri dish but not a petra dish. Is there something that I'm missing?

Hi kookaburra. Just back on site...you're quite right, I was too hasty and didn't check the spelling. The logic was good but the definition was rubbish!

Jo, I hope I didn't come across as a smart alec! I only got the answer to 15 about five minutes after I had been struggling with the petri dish.
Ernie's doctors and nurses clues are still giving me plenty to think about.
