I have just 5 that I cannot fathom! Please could someone give me extra clues to 41 43 45 55 and 78?

I have looked for 5 letter Russian novelists but cannot find one that really fits the clue!!

just thought of no 43----cannot believe it took me so long!!!!

41. The answer is a huge number in mathematical terms. You add an 'o' to the author's name.

I think there have been many hints to your other questions on the long C & V thread. None of the authors and none of the books is obscure.

Thank you Ladybee. I think I had the correct answer all along, but wasn't sure why!!!! Now I know it's a large number, not a figment of my imagination!
