27 dn. Rich red pig is shifted out (4).
It's looking like 'MINE', with 'rich' as in (mine of information) and 'carmine' = red with 'car' missing. Cannot reconcile 'car' with 'pig'. Possibly way off on this one. ;-)

SWINE (pig) with S (=is) shifted out => WINE (rich red)
