Also can someone explain a couple of parsings for me.
13d. Living together in shelter, a place Lorraine has. 2-7 I have Co-tenancy which I agree means living together, but what has it to do with the rest of the clue?

7d Shot, say, opening mobster up. 2,3,4 To the good I can't parse it other than 'to the good' is up. Shot could be tot, but where does the mobster appear?
