Is game for climb according to veterans(4)ST?E
My old Chambers gives both 'stie' and 'stye' as obsolete words for 'climb', but does not mention 'game' in ANY of its many meanings. Similarly, the entry for 'game' doesn't give a meaning to help me choose between the two.

How about IS = S, as in it's, followed by GAME = TIE?

My Chambers gives:

sty 3 (obsolete)
intransitive verb
to mount, rise, climb (also stye or stie)
