15D Happy with fluffy hair being crinkled? (2,3,4) ?P A?D ?O?N
All I can think is UP AND DOWN?? Down is fluffy, up is happy, also not too happy with ELOPE as 26A (Girl loses pound for bolt (5)).
Put me right, but please be gentle!

15 Crinkly (fabric) has an up and down texture

26 (Pen) Elope - a Pen is a Pound ( for keeping animals in)

Also correct with other two -Pen=pound
