Hi! I am having trouble with the last 2 clues.

23 across. Clue: Dress up ore over a Scottish Mountain (6) __ __ R__ B __

18 down. clue: Cut up sheep in high definition(5) __ E __ __ D

Also for 38 down- Flutters which might be had by New Englanders (7) I put Yankees but wasn't sure why?

Any help on any of these would be greatly appreciated!

re 38 in horse racing there is a spread betting? that is know as Yankee so your answer is correct
