This is a slightly different query - I have managed to complete the crossword and am now stuck on the codeword which you have to complete at the end from selected letters in the answers to the clues.

The clue to the codeword is "a farm owned by the National Trust" 13 letters ? I ? ? E ? ? ? ? A ? ? ?

The letters are TTDWERILTIAEB

I thought I knew the Lake District well but this one has me
beaten. Thanks for any help.

Are you quite sure of all your letters?
Windermere, Derwent, and Watergate might all be possibilities as parts of names otherwise.

And secondly: is the address supposed to be in the Lake District, in Cumbria, or both?
