Really stuck on a few in the bottom right corner!

23d Name seen on back of Flintshire vehicles? (5) E-A--

27a A-spire (one-part of church)= aim for
23d E-vans ('e' is last letter of Flinthshire, 'vans' are vehicles & Evans is a Welsh name)

17d is my last clue & the only one of the many words that fit ?e?e?a?e that makes any sense is Sewerage - you wouldn't want to be up to your neck in it - but I'm not 100% sure on this one.
