A bit of a stinker this week. Finally cracked it (though in a few cases I'm not sure why!), apart from 31 down:

Dangerous thing to feed one? Guy's maybe ok (8,4)

The letters I have are - O - P - T - L / - A - S

The first word looks like HOSPITAL (which would fit in with Guy's), but I've no idea about the second word (or what the answer is supposed to mean). All help gratefully received!

maybe OK : might pass

Yes, I can see that - but what part of the clue means "Hospital Pass"?
