For the moment, I can only think of (DOWN)CAST but can't see how it fits fishing port - fishing on its own, yes.

29d has 4,2,3,4 and the last three are def. "to the wall""Collapsed,as tourist in Berlin perhaps did once".First letter of word one is also first letter of 29a,"poor spirits etc ,fishing port"
