Sunshine here all day today, but yesterday the garden rejoiced!! Little Rosie told me it was good to make her plants healthy! The other grandchildren came home early from camping so as not to suffer the downpour!!
You'll never guess .... My spine has gone again & is so painful so I'm waiting for another steroid spinal injection. Such is life

We had a terrific downpour of rain yesterday. I was very happy to see it

The injection I got early April was fine , but when I saw the specialist early July it was painful again
& he said I must go on the list for another one but he had found the base of my spine was very tight .... Whatever that means!
