A cryptic clue to which the answer is a main course. I think it is Grilled ***** (5 letters). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is that the actual clue ? A Main course?

If so MAIN would suggest a fish dish

Maybe the second word is a five letter fish ... something like Rainbow Trout.
