Syzygy has kindly reported that this is shown in the UK only.
I was going to add "and there's me thinking the Magna Carta was the basis of the law in the whole free world (even if Sygygy can't buy Marmite in Canada)", but that's political.

Recently read an article about the Magna Carta & the evolution of democracy.
Not quite what we've been lead to believe. I'll post it if I can find it again.

Marmite, & its derivatives - gag me with a spoon !
In NZ we had Vegemite - same poison.

Hi Rosalind,
We have the banner in AU as well. Apparently we have a 1297 Inspeximus issue the manuscript in Canberra, purchased in 1952.

More proof the world is divided into two camps Marmite-wise (as it is for sprouts I understand). Myself, elder son and grandchildren love it. Father of the children hates it. If I couldn't buy it because my government had decided I might just, if I ate ten jars of it a day, OD on vitamin B , I would emigrate.
Wow mattrom, wonder what that cost? I've seen Salisbury Cathedral's one, though I did wonder if it was a very good facsimile.

Still prefer the beefy stuff, busby. But either on toast, muffins, crumpets, yum
