Where ARE you R-Timers..?!
Need a tip for 16a and 17d (Really scratching my head about the latter.!) Actually too nice a day to be fretting about such a subject.

16a anagram of 'in usa's (you)r' - tongue as in language
17d a bit difficult to give hint - first 4 letters is a shortened month and date as in fools plus another word for otherwise plus 1 (I). Hope this helps, Lainey
