anyone doing this one? I have cold solved quite a few of the clues but am stumped on trying to fit the answers into the grid. Also need help with the fourth down clue. Regular publications displaying linkages around European finance measure and pound (8) It might start with T.

Indeed there is - it looks like 1a is split and has it's last 4 letters in columns 9 10 11 12.

Do you have 2nd across clue or 8th down?

Acid and ace I think

2nd across looks like ace, but I can't parse it. 8th down is acid.... ID after a type of current.

Grace less GR (old king)

This is still puzzling me. I can't work out where to put down solutions 5 to 9, or whether, as per Don's post, other across answers need to be split. Is there a rationale??

In a similar position, although got 8th down to fit.
