12dn, 'Lolly has appeal in chance for stomach!' (11), B?E?D?N?K?T;

Also cannot wholly parse 27dn, 'Account on a charity set up in an old part of Canada', (6),
?C?D?A. It must be ACEDIA, charity backwards etc, but where does Canada come in?

Acadia is an old region of Canada. It's Aid and AC/account and a/a in clue.

Many thanks. I had WHEN for 21ac, 'Question coming to a stop!', (4) instead of (I assume) WHOA.

You're welcome.

You've probably seen that Whoa, stop is Who/question+a/a in clue.
