Assuming these are correct, can anyone help with the parsing....

10a. Four cuts of meat fair (8) - CARNIVAL (Fair)

20a. Very good circles and spots (4) - ACNE (Spots)

I thought-'Very good' = ACE, but if 'Circles' is a containment indicator the it's saying 'And' = N, which I don't get.

18d. Who's quiet? A giant (7) - WHOPPER? (Giant)

I can see WHO + PP for 'Quiet', bur what about the ER?

13a. Prioritised cash, should a hotel open (7,2,1,4) - BROUGHT TO A HEAD (Prioritised)

There must be more to this than I'm seeing.- vis a vis 'Cash' and 'Hotel'.

IV (4) in CARNAL

ACE around 'N' (and) like pork n' beans

who + P + PER p = quiet, a = PER

cash = =BREAD, "OUGHT TO + A + H" inside

a= per as in "10 minutes a day" = "10 minutes per day", by way of further explanation
