I've posted the link a couple of times before, thomas. Click on the link and then on the link at the bottom of the chosen crossword for solution. These are recycled Independent crosswords, hence the earlier date. The weekday solutions usually appear in the afternoon and Saturday prize crossword solutions the next week. If you are still puzzled please come back - hope this helps.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but by looking at the sites suggested is it possible to "look up" the required solution/parse without seeing (inadvertently or not) other solutions? Fine for checking once the puzzle is "complete" or last solution but won't these spoil the original poster's chance of continuing with the puzzle if he/she only wants assistance with a particular clue?

Having looked at the sites think I agree with gingerbread as it is very hard not to register the other answers
when you are just starting the puzzle. Will be very useful for those last tricky ones. Thanks everyone
