I set clues just for pleasure. I wonder if some of you excellent regulars would like to try a few? Since they're new, no letters!

I rarely repost but just having got #1 (to complete the set) I have to applaud, lovely stuff jolan.

Yet a new trick. Every time I open a thread it spontaneously scrolls to the bottom and I can't get it up (not I problem I'm used to).

I've got 2, 3, 4 and 5 but I can't pin down #1 - very frustrating!

not very sure about #1 but i can see an anagram of mad inside slunk - so...
