I believe I have finished but cannot parse my answer (LAGOS) for 32a - "Port in Losotho, one in perfect condition". Am I wildly astray somewhere ?

Looks spot on, LS = Lesotho, one = a + go = perfect condion, an informal adjective given in Chambers.
