I would appreciate an explanation of two of the answers (assuming they're right).

39a Round home, approving of farmyard noises (7) I have O?N???G -oinking? I can see the o and in but not the rest of the clue.

37d Sausage not quite uniform, sounding most unsatisfactory (10)
I have ???E?W?R?T - liverworst? How does liver fit with not quite uniform.

To OK something is to approve it, so you have "OKING" around home - in. Bit clumsy, but thats' the logic
