Where is the definition?

45d. Satellite: is it not rising over far side of the sea? (7) - TITANIA (Satellite)

I can see AINT for 'Is it not', but what's the rest?

45 AINT IT rising over the far side of seA

31 ... well it's an antelope, so it might show alacrity...?

sawdust might drop from a sawhorse - but that's a feeble clue!
