Help greatly appreciated parsing these.....

30d. Powder dropping from the horse? (7) - SAWDUST (Powder?)

31d. Does it show any alacrity? Some (5) - NYALA (Hidden ...aNY ALAcrity)

Where is the definition?

45d. Satellite: is it not rising over far side of the sea? (7) - TITANIA (Satellite)

I can see AINT for 'Is it not', but what's the rest?
