It would be helpful if contributors could at least identify which crossword they are referring to, e.g. titles like "cryptic" (zed) are no help at all. As for clue, clue number, given letters... Its not too much to ask for is it? Finally, I have every sympathy for Helena. Dunderheads like Bullfrog, et.al. need to learn some manners.
