Stuck, annoyingly, on two :

3D - Drama being over, you turned up to see lovey (5)
H?N?Y
&
23A - Turning around sleeping area at home for variation (6)
?I?R?D

It is, as usual, possible that some of these letters may be wrong.

3 D. Honey, lovey (term of endearment). It's 'Hey' for 'you' - shouting for someone, say, with 'No' for drama.

23. Nimrod, a variation - from The Planets (I think!). It's Dorm , sleeping area and In, at home, reversed - 'turning round' in the clue .

Malone,
Many Thanks.

Why I didn't connect "Nimrod" with "variation" I can only wonder! I never thought of "dorm", which didn't help.

Thanks again & a Holy & Blessed Christmas to you & to several others who have dug me out of various heffalump traps over this last year.

Barring a Christmas Eve Jumbo it'll all be over by the next one.

3d "Noh" for drama, with "ye" for you, reversed for "honey".

Thanks, Rusty - that's much better! I knew Honey was right but I'm often useless at parsing.

On the contrary, Malone, I think you are very good.
One of my heros on this forum!
